Mary Katherine received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of North Alabama. In 2014, she started in the Behavioral Neuroscience Graduate Program in the Department of Psychology at UAB in Dr. Boggiano’s laboratory. Mary Katherine is now working with her mentoring team to 1) test transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) as a treatment for obesity and binge eating disorder and 2) determine the effects of treatment expectation on tDCS outcomes.
