Tapan Mehta

Tapan Mehta, a Ph.D. candidate in the Nutrition Obesity Research Center (NORC) and Office of Energetics has been awarded a National Science Foundation travel grant to participate in the R.L. Anderson poster session at the Summer Research Conference in Jekyll Island, GA. The amount of his award is $289.25 for his travel June 3, 2012 – June 6, 2012.

Tapan presents his research, entitled "Obesity and Mortality Rate: Are the Risks Declining? Evidence from Eighteen Prospective Studies in US" at the conference.
